What is an Enduring Power of Attorney?
There are two types of Enduring Power of Attorney. One for your property and one for your personal care. An Enduring POA sets out your wishes regarding property and personal care if you can't continue to manage your own affairs. Without this arrangement in place the Family Court will decide about your care.
